Our interventions management (IM) software helps you keep track of the rehabilitation programmes that encourage offenders to make different life choices.
As a practitioner in probation, youth justice or prisons, you can use IM to manage the end-to-end referral process, scheduling group work and one-to-one programmes.
This gives you the power to plan, manage and report on all activities from attendance to completion.
It is also used to manage interventions by non-offender organisations, including government, private sector and charities.
Justice officers can keep track and manage the life cycle of their referrals all in one place. Users can create, edit and manage a referral as a single file, even as it passes between teams, departments and agencies.
We’ve made it easy for teams to share information with other permitted agencies too, such as prisons and the probation services, in the interest of collation.
Interventions Manager can be used by itself or as a module of Pathways.
Pathways is dedicated to supporting corrections staff, offenders, victims and the public throughout the justice process.
It connects data and functionality across the justice sector work together. So you can do what you do best, helping people with the knowledge that you have their full and up to date story.

You need to know if a child or family’s situation changes. Our solutions enable you to draw on a wide range of information - from schools and agencies – for the whole picture of a child’s life.
Understanding where best to target resources is a constant challenge for children’s services teams – you need firstly to be able to identify where support is most needed, and then to be able to allocate resources in the most effective way.
Our software solutions help to protect the most vulnerable children by sharing data securely across multi-agency teams to create a single, clear view for more informed and effective service delivery.
Fluctuations in school attendance and attainment can be a key indicator of changes to a child’s situation. Our attendance software alerts teams to unauthorised absences so they can take action at the earliest opportunity, whilst our attainment tools - including our virtual schools head and SEND solutions for children in care and children with special educational needs - ensure every child’s attainment is carefully considered.
We also offer early years solutions which show which services are being accessed by disadvantaged groups and where best to target future resources. And our user-friendly case management tools provide a detailed picture of every child so you can spot negative changes easily to provide early support without having to spend time matching data from different systems.
Our comprehensive, user-friendly case management tool provides a detailed picture of every child, from educational and pastoral needs to the services they receive, to ensure the best possible support.
Mapping software enables teams to drive greater efficiency by allocating cases and workloads to geographical areas. They can drive better outcomes by measuring the performance of individual practitioners, teams and the authority against performance indicators. They can also generate reports on estimated and actual financial support offered to children and schools to inform budget planning.
Vital data on children can be maintained and shared across services more easily by having only one record, with forms tailored to meet the needs of different service teams. Practitioners with authorised access can view a child’s contact details and other relevant information, such as attendance and the involvements of other services to target interventions more effectively.
The adaptable case timeline tracks individual involvements, maintains an accurate account of intervention and guides practitioners through the next steps to take with each child. There’s less need for administration so they have more time to focus on the child.
To tailor early years services so they meet the needs of your communities, you need a clear picture of children and families so you can ensure every young child has the opportunity of a better start. We help you to support families with children in foundation years with:
Co-ordinating the best possible support for children and young people with special education needs and disabilities (SEND) means pulling together a vast amount of information from different services as well as from the young person and family themselves – we support collaborative working and efficient workflows with:
IYSS: improve outcomes for young people by bringing information together
Our integrated youth support services software provides a single, shared view of each young person so teams from different youth-related services can work together to identify those at risk, and target and monitor interventions to improve outcomes:
Panorama's powerful response to intervention software platform helps districts support students at every tier with a unified, whole child approach.
Panorama helps your district focus on whole-child learning through a unified system of support for academic RTI, Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS), and social-emotional learning. As a leader in social-emotional learning surveys aligned to the CASEL framework, Panorama makes it possible to strengthen your universal Tier 1 supports, engage in universal screening for SEL, and build SEL into tiered intervention strategies.
"We look at Panorama data for campus trends, so we might notice our students are reporting that they are struggling with grit or growth mindset. Our PBIS team can then take that information and implement strategies using the Panorama Playbook."
With a student's coursework, attendance, behavior, SEL, and support notes in one place, districts can have a clearer picture of student needs to inform student interventions. Build a unified RTI process for identifying at-risk students and monitoring the impact of interventions. Support collaborative problem-solving and decision-making by helping educators target student supports in response to academic, behavior, attendance, and SEL data. Streamline your intervention processes, create and share intervention plans, and communicate data and updates across the district.
"Interventions need to be easily understood by staff and accessible for staff members. Panorama has helped us improve our system of support for students and their needs."
Panorama gives educators clear insight into what’s working for Tier 2, small group intervention processes, as well as for individual Tier 3 supports. That way, your schools can focus on the most effective interventions and work more efficiently to support student learning and growth. Plus, fulfill important documentation requirements for special education.
"When we look at the intervention reports in Panorama, it makes it so simple. Now with the click of a few buttons... we can say, 'Intervention #1 helped 18 out of 27 kids get to their next benchmark, or not.'"
Response to Intervention (RTI) and Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) intervention management in Panorama Student Success works seamlessly with your existing student records. See a district-wide view of student outcomes across attendance, academics, behavior, and SEL. Understand which schools need additional resources to meet district goals, and streamline supports across schools by creating a menu of evidence-based interventions.
"We now have a complete, in-the-moment picture of student progress consonant with what matters most to our district."
Cultivating adult habits and mindsets around using student data are essential to RTI and MTSS. Our team of former educators partners with schools and districts to build data capacity and establish best practices for data collection and data analysis. With trainings, virtual seminars, expert resources, and ongoing support, we help you go beyond the technology for an impactful RTI implementation to meet student needs and improve student performance across student populations.
